What is Elevate?

Elevate is the UK’s largest trade show dedicated to physical activity, fitness, elite sport and physical therapy. The event includes over 250 exhibitors, 8 theatres of free education and workshops and over 200 speakers.

Who should visit Elevate?

Free visitor registration is open to all decision makers within the physical activity sector, including from gyms, studios, sport and health clubs, leisure centres, universities, local authorities, personal training, schools, sports therapists and private practice.

What time should I get there?

The opening times for attendees is -

Wednesday 09:30 -17:30

Thursday 09:30 – 16:30

I’m a supplier to the industry, can I visit too?

Yes, however we do have a charge for supplier visitors to the event. Please contact us for more info.

When is the event?

Elevate 2026 is taking place from 17-18 June.

How do I get there?

What is included in the entry fee?

With your free visitor badge, you can:

How do I get my badge to visit?

When you register via the online form, your badge will be emailed to you. Please print this and bring with you to Elevate.

What if I lose my e-badge or can’t print it?

As long as you are registered you will be able to collect your badge on-site. A member of the staff at registration will be happy to help you.

What do I need to bring?

Please ensure you have registered to visit and bring your printed e-badge where possible. We also urge you to bring your own water bottle as there will be refill points at the venue.

Can I attend on both days?

Yes, your badge gives you access to either/both days of the event.

Babes in Arms Policy

Elevate is a professional B2B trade exhibition and is primarily a non-consumer event. However, we understand the balancing act of working parents in the industry, which is why we welcome babes in arms (infants who are carried in a sling or front/back pack).

To ensure the safety, comfort, and security of all our attendees, speakers, and exhibitors on the busy show floor, please note the following entry requirements:

• Babes in Arms Only: Entry is strictly restricted to infants who are carried by a parent or guardian at all times.
• No Buggies or Prams: Due to high footfall, narrow avenues, and health and safety regulations on the exhibition floor, pushchairs, buggies, and prams are not permitted inside the main halls.
• Safety Waiver Required: Parents or guardians entering with an infant must sign a brief health and safety liability waiver. This form will be quickly available for you to complete at the main Registration Desk upon arrival before you head through the scanning gates.
