Stimulating change starts with Leadership - Curated by Future Fit

Thursday 13th June 13:40 - 14:20

Debate

Please note this is a Future Fit session.

Creating effective and influential future leaders is key to the development and success of our sector. It is vital that we work to create leadership programmes and experiences that help to develop the empathetic and collaborative leaders of the future, using learned experience and an understanding of a whole system approach to stimulate change.

John will discuss some of his views on leadership developed over his successful career. The session will then explore how leadership development and training have been put into practice across GM Active.
