A holistic approach to lifestyle management is becoming a key theme in our sector, but we have to be careful not to let our bread and butter become just a side dish. While nutrition, stress management, sleep and recovery are all important for health and wellbeing, physical activity is still a fundamental cornerstone.
Yet the way we conceptualise and deliver activity is crucial to ensuring it has the impact we want. Is it all about the gym? What if you don’t like ‘sport’? Does walking provide enough inspiration and motivation to be a sustainable solution?
In this interactive session we’ll explore myriad ways to make movement inclusive, using the collective wisdom in the room to spark new ideas that could engage more people.
And we’ll look at the options that could prompt the holy grail of responses from participants: “I love it because it’s not really exercise is it?”
