Industry partners Future Fit are supporting groundbreaking research into female coaching barriers across UK sport. Women In Sport, in partnership with Leeds Beckett University, has launched the first national survey examining working conditions and culture for female coaches at all levels. The anonymous survey seeks input from current and former coaches, as well as those working alongside female coaches, to drive evidence-based solutions for increasing female representation in coaching roles.
There aren’t enough women in coaching, and we need your voice to help understand why. Women in Sport and Leeds Beckett University have launched the first national survey of its kind, exploring conditions and culture for coaches across all sporting roles. Whether you’re a coach, work with coaches, or lead a club, your perspective is vital. The survey is open to all genders and all levels, from volunteers to elite sport.
