Our health checks allow a member to understand their fitness. Users can then train their strengths and weaknesses with structured workouts, in-built into our new performance monitor- PTS 2- linking to our free Hub app.
Then, a member can retest, compare results, and see improvements. With Wattbike, you can be confident in the accuracy of your data. This allows a member to continue their fitness journey confident in their training, or allow a PT to tweak a training program to further target a client's weaknesses.
