CET have been manufacturing low temperature therapeutic spas or ice baths in the UK since 2002.

The first products developed were for the treatment of tendon & ligament and other soft tissue injuries in horses. This medical background proved vital in perfecting CET ice baths.

When developing CryoSpa ice baths for athletes this experience of treating soft tissue trauma, led to CET focusing on maximising the therapeutic effect rather than just how best to chill water. This approach resulted in the development of the sector leading CryoSpa Sport which has been sold to more than 40 countries around the globe.

In addition, more than 100 gym & sports therapy centres now offer CryoSpa ice bath recovery to members of the public on a pay per use basis with an impressive return on investment.

Today, CET are the only UK manufacturer producing ice baths that maximise the therapeutic effect, use salt water for therapeutic & infection control reasons and comply with all health & safety requirements for commercial use.
