Georgia Dowdeswell is the Business Development Manager for iMPACT, the providers of health outcome management software. Georgia has over 20 years’ experience of working in the health and leisure industry, both at the coal face and at the leading software supplier to the industry, Gladstone. In her 16 years at Gladstone, Georgia moved from project management to leading the business unit in Scotland and finally to heading up the software design team where the groundbreaking Gladstone360 product was launched under her tenure. Involved from the outset with iMPACT, Georgia has spent the last two years researching how clients would like to deliver intervention programmes. This knowledge has underpinned the design and functions of the iMPACT system to provide a flexible, configurable tool for outcome management programmes.
