Duncan is a highly experienced Board Director with Everyone Active, a leading leisure operator managing 240 leisure facilities nationwide.
Duncan has a renowned ability to positively impact business profit, whilst maximising quality and service. He has been instrumental in the company’s extensive growth, increasing the number of sites ten-fold and growing turnover from £30-£400m. He is directly accountable for 34 leisure contracts, in excess of 130 sites and £200m turnover.
Duncan is passionate about building effective teams and driving efficiency to create more profitable businesses.
Duncan has a BA Hons in Politics and an MSC in Exercise and Health Science from Edinburgh University.
