Duncan is the Founder CEO of South Downs Leisure setting the Charity up in 2015. Remaining honest to the triple bottom line of People, Planet, Profit, his team have successfully grown the company by more than 300% in 5 years to 12 sites and now have a turnover of approx £20m. Duncan has worked in Leisure for over 35 years and been involved in many building projects, and development of what we call Gym memberships. He went to Malaysia in 2000 on an 8 week scholarship working at the Commonwealth Games Complex in Kuala Lumpa amongst many other leisure and hotel resorts. His passion outside leisure is a new parkrun every Saturday!
