Dr Rebecca Gould is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Registrar based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford. Rebecca qualified from the University of Oxford in 2011. On completion of her GP training in Bath in 2016 she worked as a salaried GP in Somerset and Devon. During this time she gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Bath.She entered Sports and Exercise Medicine Higher Specialty training in 2017. She has an interest in physical activity and its role in the prevention and management of long term medical conditions. She is currently working alongside Moving Medicine to pilot their Prescribing Movement resources within Primary Care. She is also a Public Health England Physical Activity Clinical Champion (SEM Volunteer).
