CET, who have been manufacturing ice baths in the UK since 2002, have developed the revolutionary CoreTx Palm Cooling device.
Researchers at Stanford University discovered that performance enhancement on a par with the use of steroids could be achieved by cooling the palms between sets of pull ups or bench press etc.
CET Client, Hammarby FC in Stockholm had a Stanford product but it was too slow and they asked CET Managing Director , Colin Edgar, if he could produce something faster acting.
Colin Edgar says “The first iteration worked really well and we were awarded a patent but after engaging with Harvard University and INEOS Grenadiers we established there was demand for a more portable version, that did not require ice and water. Hence the CoreTx GO was born.”

Another client, Idai Makaya, has used the CoreTx throughout his successful world record attempt fin March ’24 completing 27,000 squats in 24 hours.
In addition, Idai, who has an EMS personal training facility in Milton Keynes, also reports significant improvements in work capacity in clients with MS, Long COVID, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and patients on anti-psychotic drugs, who struggle to regulate core temperature.
