As the Director of Sport Intelligence at 4 global, Utku Toprakseven manages the leading independent provider of information on participation, operational and financial performance for sports funding bodies, national governing bodies, leisure centre operators and local authorities in the UK sports and leisure sector.

The Sport Intelligence practice manages the sector sharing DataHub project, tracking over 320million visits from 1,200+ leisure centres and providing a suite of business intelligence modules via a single online portal to a range of governing bodies (Badminton England, England Squash, EMD UK) and leisure centre operators (Places for People, GLL, 1Life and many others).

Since the foundation of Sport Intelligence practice in 2013, Utku led the delivery of numerous sector leading information management and data analytics products in the sports sector, managing the complete process from the initial scoping to the development of the technical infrastructure, onboarding and ongoing client and platform management.

In his earlier career, Utku worked at Accenture and contributed to the delivery of IT consultancy projects for multinational companies and since joining 4 global he gained extensive work experience in programme and project management for large scale projects, including London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and other major event programmes in the UK, Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.
