Having worked for 20 years in the industry, Neil has worked predominately in the private sector after finishing a career in professional sport for brands such as Holmes Place and the subsequent acquisition into the Virgin Active portfolio (9 years), LA Fitness (6 years)- and has worked in most roles both in club (personal trainer, fitness manager, general manager and out of club (Regional director, and project roles in both HR and L&D).Following the acquisition of LA Fitness by Pure Gym, Neil joined GO Mammoth, a social sports organisation as Chief Operating Officer whereby he added new verticals of Corporate Events and Corporate wellness programmes across the country.Neil Joined Anytime Fitness’s UK Master franchise in March 2018, as part of a restructuring process that saw the addition of Chief Executive Stuart Broster for the first time with the view to scaling the presence of the brand in the UK to rival some of its larger markets globally.
