Her team helps clients understand Millennial and Gen Z audiences, how to target them and what messages resonate with them, with the aim of helping brands grow. She has a strong background in customer experience, brand tracking and ad-hoc research. Clients she has worked with include Arcadia, National Trust, The FA, M&S and The Official Charts.
