Jon has a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry from both a supplier and operators’ perspective. Noted for his expertise in member engagement and retention Jon has held positions such as COO of Retention Management, Sales Director of Matrix Fitness and Marketing Director for Xercise4Less.
Jon is currently combining all he has learnt about member engagement and club operations by launching a new “social fitness” concept, “The Workout Bar” into the US. The goal of this project is to create an environment where exercise is accessible to the majority of the population and not to simply compete for the same members as all the old gym concepts still fight over.
