Jade started her career operating leisure facilities for both local authorities and privately-owned businesses. Following graduation from the University of Birmingham with a sports development degree, she worked for England Golf; supporting facilities with revenue growth and facility development. Jade’s passion for operating facilities, led to significant experience within sporting venue operations, in roles as Facilities Manager for West Bromwich Albion FC, Facilities Manager at Harlequins FC, Operations Manager across the Jockey Club Racecourses and a secondment during the Ashes at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground. Jade soon realised the significant impact these facilities have on the environment and the importance these iconic brands could play in leading a sustainable future.
At ENGIE, Jade is leading the support to venues and leisure facilities with their transition to zero carbon and is passionate about the importance an integrated approach to facilities management and energy management can play. ENGIE’s mission is simple: to be the leaders in the zero-carbon transition, whilst delivering outcomes which improve people’s lives.
Jade has presented on sustainable operations at the Stadium Business Summit, at The Six Nations Summit and is a member of ESSMA and IWFM. She is a keen golfer and is always the one entering her work colleagues into charity sporting events…much to their annoyance!
