Chevy Rough is a Wellbeing Specialist, whose mission is to educate and empower people to develop a baseline of lifestyle choices, that gives them access to the physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioural foundations to adapt and operate at their best.

After 15 years of battling a history of addiction, stress and depression, Chevy now works with some of the leading Human Performance Specialists in the world, as they collectively explore how to provide education and resources to give people back control of their health, from prisons to boardrooms.

Chevy is an Ambassador for the charity CALM, and in 2017 he took part in an award-winning documentary on BBC1, as he coached ten people with various mental illness conditions to take on the London Marathon, successfully demonstrating the connection between movement and Wellbeing
