Rethink Mental Illness is a leading charity provider of mental health services in England. Amina heads up the Evidence and Impact team which works to ensure that impact is at the heart of how services and projects are designed and delivered. She has a dual role, supporting delivery staff in providing high quality care and realising outcomes for people severely affected by mental illness, and providing an evidence base to inform the charity’s campaigning and influencing activities.
Amina has a strong background in impact evaluation with experience managing and consulting on research and socio-economic evaluations for organisation across the public sector and third sector. Through her experience as Vice Chair of trustees for a local mental health charity, Amina has experience developing organisational strategy and working as a team to ensure a sustainable operating model.
