So many times we focus on movement and nutrition but forget about our most fundamental physiological function which is the breathing. Sometimes a fraction of a second can make the difference between winning or loosing and breathwork can give us this advantage. Studies have shown that simple breathing techniques can improve the delivery of oxygen into the cells or even boost VO2Max.
In this seminar you will learn how to use breathing exercises with physical activity. It will provide an overview of different tools for increasing performance, improving recovery and shifting the mental state into full focus. We will go through the basics of how to breathe before and during training, how to prepare for maximum effort in competition and how to downregulate the nervous system.
