The aim of any rehabilitation programme is to enable the patient to return to function or sports, safely, effectively and ideally, as quickly as possible. The pressures are great and managing the patient on the fly can be tempting, or necessary! In this session we will explore and master the three key principles of strength and conditioning and a simple formula to apply them to enhance your rehabilitation practice. In doing so, we will bridge the gap between S&C and rehabilitation and forge important opportunities for enhanced outcomes, in less time and thus generate important efficiencies.
