Optimal performance is dependent on more than just training, one of the basic pillars of performance and good health is hydration. In this session Greg Whyte will explore the effects of hydration, its role and impact for both athletes and those seeking to improve performance. Greg will explore hydration strategies – what happens when we become dehydrated, what sort is drinks should we turn to in which circumstances, and how much water do we really need and when.
