Understanding the millennial mindset

A full one-quarter of the population are millennials: a market that, given its willingness to spend a large proportion of its disposable income on wellbeing products and services, is absolutely vital to the health and fitness industry.

This session will explore trends among millennials – as well as generations Z, Y and X – uncovering what motivates them, and how their views and values differ from previous generations. We will provide an insight into how these groups behave, their habits, and how they interact in a consumer world.
