Maximising recovery strategies

Recovery is an essential part of an athlete’s routine and is understood to be key to optimal performance. However, the topic is broad and multi-faceted; getting the right message to athletes can be difficult.

This session will outline the key areas on which athletes and their support team should work. It will draw on both research and practical, real-world examples to provide a template for maximised recovery – thus allowing athletes to optimise their training and performance.
