Insights from PHE's Active 10 Campaign

Wednesday 8th May 10:05 - 10:45

To help combat physical inactivity in adults, Public Health England launched Active 10, which aims to encourage adults to do more moderate intensity physical activity each day. The campaign focuses on increased intensity of physical activity, rather than counting steps. Just a 10 minute brisk walk a day can reduce the risk of early death by 15%. This session explores how this national engagement campaign targeted adults to get more active, understanding it approach, impact and reach and how it was supported digitally.
