Mel has worked for a number of major global brands and start-ups throughout her 20-year career in fitness, from Technogym to MYZONE and TRX. Today she is best known as joint-founder of CAWS, the online education company for the fitness workforce, and as co-host of The Real Fitness Podcast.
At CAWS Mel focuses on elevating the role of the coach and the club through education and by building better networks across health, sport, science, communities and brands.
