Matthew is an International Power Plate Master Trainer, Precor Lead Master Coach for Europe and Middle East and Health and Fitness specialist in all areas of functional wellness. Since 2002 Matthew has worked his way from a degree in Sports and Exercise science through Lifestyle consulting, Personal Training and management. After working as a Mentor to thousands of Personal Trainers he now specialises in all elements of Fitness education and presents across the country.
