As a Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills UK, Jessica McDonald has been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years. The Trainers, Assessors, and Presenters for Les Mills are dedicated to helping people be the best they can be, Jess’ experience spans across programmes such as BODYPUMP, The TRIP, SPRINT and RPM.

Amongst also teaching Les Mills CORE and BODYBALANCE, throughout Jess’ fitness career she has gained experience internationally whilst travelling all over the world delivering training and coaching for different Les Mills markets.

Jess is driven to change lifestyles for the better by leaving people feeling empowered and unleashed, one of her biggest accomplishments to date is implementing this daily as a Les Mills Trainer, Presenter and coach.
