Technology is a big part of our lives, and if its impact on the health and fitness space has sky-rocketed in the last couple of years for obvious reasons. There are a wide range of tools that are helping people to stay fit and active and this trend is set to continue, offering great benefits for both users and operators.

This session will discuss how a range of platforms have been used to improve the member journey and increase levels of participation, as well as look at the challenges involved.

As Research and Development Manager at Future Fit, Paul oversees the creation and ongoing improvement of courses and products across the fields of personal training, nutrition, Pilates and health. Paul is also a writer and presenter and uses these platforms to advocate Future Fit’s campaign to #RaisetheBar – improving training standards across the industry to provide the next generation of fitness professionals with the skills they need for a successful career.
