Please note this is a Future Fit session.
For decades, the proportion of adults who are ‘inactive’ has remained at about 25%, despite the significant investment into promoting activity. But who’s to blame? Does responsibility lie with individuals and the choices they make? Or have we collectively designed our society to make living an active life challenging for many? In this lecture, we’ll explore potential shifts in mindset and approach as we consider the practical and relatable leadership tips for working in ‘places’ and across ‘systems’; and embracing our role in tackling inequality.
