Whatever your ability everyone can benefit from exercise. It can make us feel totally energized!

Not only will exercise make you feel happier, it also lowers the risk of many chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke, according to the NHS. It also appears that regular physical activity benefits the brain. Studies show that people who are physically active are less likely to experience a decline in their mental function and so have a lowered risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. Exercising several times a week for 30 to 60 minutes may improve memory, reasoning, judgment and thinking skills.

The FLexercise system does just that, part exercise, part dance and all fun, designed to enhance and enrich people’s lives. By achieving good posture and balance through exercise, it is these essential ingredients that help towards looking good, being healthy, alert and feeling great.
