Getting people off their sofas’ is never easy but group exercise is one of the biggest fitness trends in the UK, and it’s been widely reported that exercising in groups with friends is one of the best ways that keeps people coming back to classes week after week. FLexercise has been leading the way in group exercise, encouraging people of all ages to take part in its fun, friendly classes.

With this in mind, the aim of FLexercise is to get people moving without being intimidated. The organization is passionate about inspiring people to feel confident and enjoy being active. The FLexercise progressive exercise workout is suitable for all levels of fitness and has special expertise in motivating the active over 50s. Focusing on improving everyday posture, flexibility, strength and stamina; elements of movement and dance are incorporated to add variety and fun, so that class participants don’t even notice they are exercising!
