Getting people off their sofas’ is never easy but group exercise is one of the biggest fitness trends in the UK, and it’s been widely reported that exercising in groups with friends is one of the best ways that keeps people coming back to classes week after week. FLexercise has been leading the way in group exercise, encouraging people of all ages to take part in its fun, friendly classes.

Public Health England (PHE) figures state 41% of the 15.3million English adults aged 40 to 60 walk less than 10 minutes continuously each month at a brisk pace of at least 3mph, and a quarter of the English population are “inactive” doing less than 30 minutes of exercise a week.
