Hilary is a Chartered Member of CIMSPA and works to influence inclusive policy and practices within the leisure sector. She has been active in promoting inclusion at industry events by creating a platform for disabled people to demonstrate the unique skills they can bring to the sector workforce. Currently, Hilary is working with the Universities of Birmingham and Portsmouth on a commissioned research project to provide industry guidelines on training and employing disabled people in the fitness sector.
