Dr Simon Kemp

Dr Simon Kemp is a Specialist Sports Medicine Doctor and the Medical Services Director for the Rugby Football Union, the National Governing Body for the game in England.He was the England team doctor during the Rugby World Cup campaigns in 2003 and 2007 and was the Tournament Medical Director for the 2015 Rugby World Cup. He has been involved in rugby medicine research, injury surveillance and formulating rugby medicine and concussion policy since 2001. He is a member of World Rugby’s Medicine, Science and Research and Concussion working groups and the Football Association Independent Head Injury and Concussion Expert Panel.
