Active Hospitals Feasibility Pilot

Active Hospital Pilot is a feasibility pilot to test the potential to have a sport and exercise medicine consultant led team to work with hospital treatment pathways to better incorporate physical activity into secondary care systems and pathways. The pilot is currently running in Oxford University Hospitals NHS trust and is reaching the end of year, with plans to roll out in a further two NHS trusts in 2019-20. This session will share the latest findings, lessons learnt, benefits felt and best practice.
