Elevate announces Kid's activity focus and collaboration with Association of Play Industries

Elevate, the leading event for the physical activity sector, is proud to announce its increased focus on kid's activity for its upcoming event in June. In line with its commitment to representing all elements of the physical activity market, Elevate is excited to collaborate with the Association of Play Industries (API) to ensure the kid's play space has a prominent voice at the event.

Lucy Findlay-Beale, Event Director for Elevate, expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, "Elevate is always keen to work with the leading associations within the Physical Activity space. We are thrilled to partner with API to further enrich our offering and provide valuable insights and opportunities for the kid's activity sector."

This year, Elevate will feature a full theatre of dedicated content for kids' activity, organised by Chris Sharman, founder of Kidztivity. Craig Jones, whose work with ukactive kids aligns perfectly with the new Sports Strategy, Get Active: A Strategy for the Future of Sport and Physical Activity has also lead the youth sessions that appear in the main Elevate theatres.

Dr Amanda Gummer, Chair of the API says: “We’re delighted to be a part of this event, promoting the importance of children’s outdoor play and the essential role it has in children’s lives.

“Our members are the UK’s leading providers of outdoor playground equipment and understand that choosing a play space provider can be an intricate process that requires a lot of research. API member companies are bound by a Professional Code of Conduct which ensures that they maintain the highest standards and provide imaginative, safe and stimulating play spaces.”

Elevate invites all stakeholders in the kid's activity sector to join them at the event in June to explore opportunities for growth, innovation, and collaboration.
