The new Pro Grade Plunges are perfect for gyms, spas, sports clubs, hotels, universities and schools where health and wellbeing are a priority. The Plunges have been designed to be adaptable - with modular and configurable layouts to support different spaces; two cooling options - chilled water that can be set to 3°c-10°c or with added ice generation to support temperatures down to 0°c; as well as powerful, multi-stage filtration for high or moderate user loads, with UV and auto-dosing.
Brass Monkey also offers a ProCare support package designed to enhance revenue and customer experience and guarantee peace of mind. This includes a dedicated account manager, ongoing support to maintain the products and same day remote support response, 1 year warranty on all parts, always on remote monitoring of the products performance (when WIFI connected) and dedicated engineers and parts replacement within seven days for issues that can’t be resolved remotely. Brass Monkey designs and builds each Plunge to the bespoke technical specification, meeting all UKCA, PWTAG and SPATA standards for safe, clean, crystal-clear water.
Visitors to the stand will be able to see product demos and try (if they are brave enough) the new 'social' bath designed to be used by two people at a time. Brass Monkey is also offering team sessions which include 30-45 mins of team breathwork and a cold water immersion experience to help teams refocus and increase energy levels.
