Christopher is currently the Programme Director of the MSc Applied Sports Nutrition programme at St Mary’s University, Twickenham where he lectures across both undergraduate & postgraduate nutrition programmes. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Food & Human Nutrition from Newcastle University before completing both his Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Masters in Sport & Exercise Science from Sheffield Hallam University. In addition to this, Chris is also a member of the Sport & Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr). In addition to his role in academia, Chris currently works as a Performance Nutritionist within the elite women’s programme for the Rugby Football Union (RFU).
